Clawed Agent

A piece I did for the Boots and Heels art contest. This is the clawed agent. I didn't know much about the character other than the fact that he looked like a pulp hero. I seen a white redemptive version of the character so I decided to work that duality factor into the piece. I believe the hooks were coming from a demon moving toward him and The Clawed Agent is attacking the beast head on charging atop his war horse while struggling with light and darkness.
This piece was done traditionaly with inks on 11"x 17" bristol board.
